Salted Caranel Milkshake shortfill e-liquid by Holy Cow is dessert blend combining a rich caramel flavour with a light savoury note to complement it, along with a milkshake base note.
Salted Caramel is available as 100ml of nicotine-free e-liquid inside a 120ml bottle, so you have space for two nic shots. For instance, using two 18mg nic shots will provide 120ml of 3mg e-liquid.
Thanks to its 70% VG concentration, this e-liquid is compatible with sub ohm kits. It’ll create larger clouds of vapour for an authentic DTL (Direct To Lung) style inhale.
Holy Cow is a UK based e-liquid manufacturer that specialises in creating milkshake and dessert blends with distinctive and indulgent flavour profiles as both shortfills and nic salts.

Why Ice?! (12 August 2024)
I despise ice/ menthol Vapes. I don't understand why vape companies feel it necessary to add ice with everything. This could have been a potentially nice vape. Caramel milkshake but with the ice added I just did not enjoy it

Little update on it with a better tank (03 December 2022)
The caramel definitely passes through, however the minty aftertaste still persists. Nice milkyness and the caramel is nice enough. I'll finish the bottle and will consider picking up another one in the future, but will also look for other salted caramel milkshake options

Milky caramel and... ice? (28 November 2022)
I'm not sure why it gives off a minty aftertaste. Is that supposed to be the case? Is that their attempt a replicating the 'salt' in the caramel? Either way, it's alright. Nothing to write home about

Creamy and tasty (06 October 2022)
I love salted caramel, and this has a good balance between the sc and the milkshake. too early to say how taxing it is on the coil but seems quite forgiving
