Have to agree with the most recent review of these, even though it pains me to say it. I have been buying these from vapeclub for 2 years, the reason I chose vapeclub is I noticed the rate of dud coils was lower with the packs vapeclub sold. However the quality control has fell off a cliff now, just went through an entire pack without 1 coil lasting more than 24 hours. buying these now is just a waste of money even for the 24 or less hours they last, it's not a nice experience, because you're having to take delicate puffs in case drawing too hard ruins the coil.

Look elsewhere, these coils have dreadful lifespan (19 October 2024)

Mostly use Z 0.2 ohm mesh coils but tried other variants. Have used these for a few months now. Each coil lasts me 1-2 days max before getting nasty and making me cough. Very disappointed because I bought this tank after my old Vaporesso tank based on reviews of the coils. Maybe these coils used to be good, but I am very unimpressed by the ones I’ve purchased.

Z0.25 Dual Coil - try a lower wattage (30 September 2024)

Pros:
I've been using this coil for over a year now, and I do like it. I do use it at 37W on a vaporesso mod (didn't rate the vaporesso coils cos they burn out in seconds with my usage) and seems to last me a 2000 or so puffs before I decide to change it out - it doesn't necessarily burn out for me unless I hit the button accidentally.
Good flavour - best combo has been 65/35 - too much VG and there's not much flavour (75%+, but you do get more cloud), too little VG (I'd say less than 60%) and it will spit and leak.
But, not had much leakage - you can't use a 50/50 mix in this or it will spit and leak (from experience and poorly planned journeys). And with the geekvape zeus tank it's pretty easy to clean. In two years I've only had the glass come down and spill vape juice all over my hands twice.

Cons:
Definitely can't use it at 45 or whatever the minimum is, it does just burn out within a few days. For me 37W is the sweet spot but that will depend on your preference and mod etc.
Although with a bit less vapour production, they're much more like a cigarette or disposable vape when pulling vs mesh coils. For this reason I don't rate the mesh coils, just the dual coil (Z0.25), to get flavour that isn't burnt plastic.

9/10 for me, just because of the wattage recommendation being way too high for a long-lasting coil.

Good coils (20 August 2024)

Been using these coils for almost 3 years.
Never had an issue with them, work great snd get the job done.
Always lasted the roughly the same time 1-2 months and always taste great.
I would recommend these.

Terrible coils (16 July 2024)

Really don't understand how people are rating these coils so highly, they are the worst coils I've ever used I get less than 2 days out of them some have lasted a few hours and they are the XM ones too that are supposed to have twice the lifespan so can only imagine how bad the standard ones are. I've even tried running them lower than what they are rated and still burn out far too quickly. Definitely going to get a different tank because anything has got to be better than these.

Great coils (03 July 2024)

Love these coils and had no problems with them. I find the recommended temp a bit high so run them lower, I use the 0.2 at 42.5⁰ to 45⁰ and always get over a week out of them sometimes over 3 weeks. Usually dirt getting in the coil that kills them. Great for the price!

These last a long time for a 0.4 Ω Coil. I'm getting a week or more from them. been using them for well over a year now had the odd one that was shorted but on the whole would deff recommend

Awful coils (18 May 2024)

These coils are Dreadful !!

They either don't work, don't fit, last only a few days and leak.

The few that do work produce a great and flavoursome vape.

Sadly, only a few do a "proper" job

Very few products from Vape club are "not fit for purpose" - but this one does not even deserve 1 star

Geekvapes Greatest (09 May 2024)

I have been a regular of geekvape mods and coils for years, and a massive fan of the Zeus/Z tank. The 0.15 XM subohm coil is the best stock coil I have used in the Zeus by a country mile. Great smooth flavour and a coil that outlasts the previous offerings by a fair bit tbh.

Short Life Span (25 March 2024)

Not sure if i had a pack with poor quality Coils but they lasted Maximum 2 days..... even had one coil that lasted less than a day!!!

Great flavor when installed but that soon disappears only leaving a bitter burnt taste. Used Several flavors and only had mod set to 50w, but not sure i will buy again.

shame as this is a new set up and not cheap!!
