The Aspire Gotek X vape kit is a matchbox-style pod that’s a good option for those after something compact to vape on the go. Its built-in 650mAh battery allows for long vaping sessions between charges and can be recharged in under an hour with a USB-C cable. Its low power output range of 10-13W will support MTL (Mouth To Lung) vaping, however, the airflow control slider allows for a Restricted Direct To Lung (RDTL) style inhale too.

The Gotek X features Aspire’s ASP Chipset, which simpifies setup by detecting the resistance of your pod's built-in coil and working out the best wattage to vape at. It also provides several safety features including protection against overcharge and short circuits. Thanks to inhale activation, you won’t have to fiddle around with multiple buttons to get started; just puff on the mouthpiece to vape and your device will create a discreet amount of vapour for an MTL inhale that feels similar to a cigarette. The kit also contains a handy lanyard holder that allows you to easily access your Gotek X when you’re on the go.
The refillable Gotek pods are easily filled via a stopper on the side for less mess. Its adjustable airflow feature allows you to switch between a tighter or looser draw for a vape that suits you. The built-in coil has a 0.8 Ohm resistance, so it works best with 50% VG e-liquid or higher PG options.

How To Set Up & Use Your Aspire Gotek X Kit
Charge Your Aspire Gotek X Kit
Your kit might not arrive fully charged, plug it in to recharge using the cable provided. A full charge will take a little under 1 hour
Remove The Gotek Pod From Your Kit
Your pod may arrive pre-installed, remove it from the kit in order to fill it. You won’t need any tools to do this.
Fill Your Gotek Pod
With the pod removed from your kit, locate and remove the small orange rubber insert from the side to reveal the filling port. Refill via this port only.
Reassemble And Reinsert Your Pod
After filling, insert the rubber bung back into your pod firmly and then put the pod back into the kit.
Prime Your Coil
Leave your kit and pod standing upright for 10 minutes. This gives the coil time to soak in the e-liquid and is known as “priming your coil”.
Vape Your Gotek X Kit
Inhale on the mouthpiece to start vaping with your kit, when you do, it will produce a small amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.

You can refill them multiple times and know it's time to switch to a new one when you notice a slightly burnt taste. When the time comes, you can replace the entire pod rather than just the coil.

I bought this vape as I was a little bit tired of the normal pen/disposable style vapes but liked the way they vaped. I was really pleased with the purchase, not only does this Vape actually a little smoother than the pen/disposable styles the fact you can control the air flow actually allows you to Taylor the draw to the way like it. The pods seem to last, and the battery life is not too bad at all. I like that I can see how much juice I have left by just holding the vape up to the light and as I side note this vape does not fall over from the smallest nudge when it is placed on a desk like a few of my others do. the only real criticism I have is I don't really see the point of the lanyard loop on it as I just end up using it more as a fidget spinner as I just pocket my vape when out and about, but could be useful for some.

Amazing, Cheap, replaced box mod (13 January 2025)
I initially bought this to take on nights out, as I didn’t want to keep lugging my box mod and shortfills around with me.
This thing is utterly insane for the price point, great battery life, great hit.
Pods last about a week, with heavy use and multiple liquids.
This has now fully replaced my box mod, the taste is simply better and it’s easier to carry around, produces less smoke.

WOW THIS DEVICE BLEW ME AWAY (23 October 2024)
So, i have always sent £40+ on vape devices in the hunt for an enjoyable experience to get me to quit tobacco and i have always been disappointed and gone back to normal cigarettes as i couldnt get the same experience as a disposable.
this vape however, paired with a lost mary / elf nic salt liquid is the most amazing device i have tried. I have even had some very experienced vapers try the device and they have been shocked at the smoothness, the flavour and the amount you can adjust the air flow. When i told them it was only £10, they were blown away.
Considering there is 2ml of liquid in each disposable, and you get 10ml in a bottle that comes with the device, it is crazy cheap in comparison.
I will be ordering a second for when my other runs out of battery / to keep one at work and one for home.
