The Smok LP1 coils have been designed for MTL (Mouth To Lung) vaping and are compatible with the Smok Pozz Pro, the Smok Novo 4, and the Novo 4 Mini. There are four versions of this coil available that deliver four unique experiences, giving you the option to find the one that suits you best. All versions can be paired with a wide range of e-liquids, compatible with any flavour, we recommend either a 50/50 or high PG e-liquid.

The 0.8 Ohm and 0.9 Ohm LP1 mesh coil feature a specially designed lattice build that can heat more e-liquid at a faster rate, improving flavour. However, the LP1 0.8 Ohm standard coil produces a more mellow flavour than the mesh version. Finally, the 1.2 Ohm LP1 coil produces the most discreet amount of vapour and feels the closest to a cigarette. The three seals on each coil prevent leaks from occurring when installed in the Novo 4 pod.

a solid performing coil, and a great throat hit to add. can burn out too quickly so be careful with what juice you use

These coils last for upward of 3 bottle juice , highly dependent on how sweet the juice is. They could last longer and this would be better, but they’re fine and do the job.
Flavour is great.
Always cheaper to buy coils than pre-filled pods or pods with built in coils .

Ok coils (30 January 2024)
They give nice flavour but are hit and miss on longevity. Don't make the mistake I did and take coil out when pod is upside down as it will empty juice in your lap. It does leak a bit aswell.

Spent about a month using a Smok Nord Pro and went back to Xros pods without replaceable coils. These are much more hassle to change and refill than Xros pods with built-in coils and they leak quite a bit. Perhaps something I could tolerate if, as you'd expect, replaceable coils worked out cheaper than replacing the whole pod.
Unfortunately, it costs about the same for 4 Xros pods as 5 Smok coils. These coils only last a couple of days and I think the manufacturer only expects them to last 2-3 days. By contrast the Xros pods last for weeks of constant use making them much cheaper long term.
A shame, as they're actually quite nice to vape with.

Works for me (07 December 2022)
Been using the .9 meshed in a Pozz, and the flavour's been damn good. The coil life's also been excellent considering I keep throwing fruit and dessert flavours in the pod and I've had no issues with leaks. The Pozz itself is more problematic (battery life) than these are.
Rated for the .9 meshed.

Good but Expensive and leaks (06 November 2022)
Nice replacement coils for my novo 4 but so expensive for just 5 coils. Also prone to leaking and I have to clean out the bottom everytime I refill but perhaps more of a fault of the novo 4

Leaks (20 September 2022)
These coils burn quite fast and despite the triple seals I've noted that the juice leaks out from the bottom of the coil. Need to be cleaned with tissue paper quite often.

great coils but v. expensive (03 September 2022)
ive run one at 17W on an e liquid and its seems to be lasting even being out of the recommended wattage but they also lasted a while on less power hungry e liquids although i do seem to find they dont work as well (dryer hits) after being agitated, like walking with pods in my pocket, etc. overall they work decent but a little expensive to be honest, but you cant really use any others as smok dont have universal coils. went for the 1.2ohm mesh coils.

Using the 0.8 DC as I think that provides better flavour than the 0.8 mesh that came with the novo 4

No idea why these are so expensive. The actual product is solid, they last a decent amount of time they have good flavour etc. It's such a solid device. But the price of these coils impacts the viability of its long term appeal.

Found the one I like (20 January 2022)
I am vaping newbie so bought Smok Novo 4, I have been googling about coils and at last found the one I like. I tried only mesh ones 0.8ohm and 1.2ohm. I found that my favourite is 1.2ohm and use it at 10W and it gives a nicer flavour and feels like more cooler vape than 0.8ohm. I was vaping the 0.8ohm at 10W and its says the best it should be used at 12W but still didn't like as much as I like 1.2ohm.

Great coils, they don't burn out very quickly like some other products I have used in the past. They also produce great flavour.
