I thought this was quite similar to Nasty Juice's 'Bronze' Caramel Tobacco, not quite as good but still decent. It doesn't have the earthiness of the Nasty Juice, it's 'lighter' but the caramel/toffee flavour is still there wih a hint of tobacco maybe and it has the right amount of sweetness without being too sweet.
This is another shortfill that benefits from a few days' steeping before use.
I'l probably buy the Nasty Juice liquid in preferrence to this though this liquid does represent better value for money
