P&B Cloudd (formerly known as Cotton Candy Ice) nic salt e-liquid by Elf Bar Elfliq gives a classic carnival flavour an icy twist. The sugary notes of cotton candy are cooled down on exhale by a burst of menthol.

did not like it at first but it defo grows on you, must have a sweet tooth tho to enjoy this one. once you vape it for a bit you start to taste what you expected to taste its hard to explain its like you have to get use to it.
it worth trying but won't be for everyone.

I’ll be honest I didn’t like the flavour at first when I used to use disposables but my girlfriend liked the flavour and I used hers a couple times and it started to grow on me a lot and this is quite good but if you like the sweetness and cotton candy taste i recommend the flavour

I had to switch brands as my old one has been discontinued. I was reluctant due to being slightly more expensive but I'm glad I did. The taste is very sweet (just what I like). The liquid is good quality too.

As with all the ElfLiq flavours it packs a punch and is consistanly on point. Have to rotate flavours though as they can become overbearing if vaped to much to long.

i have been told all they have done is change the name but i am convinced they have changed the flavour too as when it was cotton candy ice it was the only liquid i would use but now its pb cloud it has an almost cinnamon taste to it. no sweetness and very disappointing

Absolutely sweet, just like pure sugar! Not bad for a few pulls but can't imagine vaping this all day. Very similar to the cotton candy ice from elf bar.
