The Voopoo Argus G3 is a straightforward kit that’s ideal for beginners and experienced vapers alike. Thanks to a large 1500mAh built-in battery, this device will last most vapers all day on a single charge. Compatible with the range of Argus V2 pods, you can choose between an MTL (Mouth To Lung) and RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping style. Built-in mesh coils help cut down on maintenance too – when your coil burns out, simply replace your whole pod.

Featuring an integrated smart chip, the Argus G3 keeps set-up simple. Insert your chosen pod into the device, and Smart Mode will automatically set the ideal wattage for your coil. For more customisation, the adjustable airflow slider allows you to control the feel of your vape for a tighter or looser inhale. Plus, the LED screen can keep you up to date on your battery level – and you can quickly recharge via the included USB-C cable.
Boasting a simple top-filling design, you can top up your Argus pod without removing it from the device. Once your coils burn out, replace your whole pod to carry on vaping. Argus pods are available in a range of resistances including 0.7 Ohm and 1.0 Ohm pods for an MTL inhale, and a 0.4 Ohm pod for a looser RDTL vape. Whichever pod you pick, we recommend pairing it with a 50% VG e-liquid.

My Honest Experience with the Voopoo Argus G3 Vape Kit (06 May 2025)
I’ve been using the Voopoo Argus G3 for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s been a solid upgrade to my vaping routine. Whether you're just starting out or have been vaping for years like I have, this kit strikes a really nice balance between simplicity and customisation.
Right out of the box, I was impressed by the sleek design and how comfortable it felt in my hand. The build quality is solid without being heavy, and the 0.96” TFT screen is surprisingly clear and responsive. I especially like how the Smart Mode recognises the pod you’re using and automatically sets the right wattage — no fiddling with settings needed.
Battery life is another big win. The 1500mAh built-in battery easily lasts me a full day (and I vape pretty regularly), and thanks to USB-C fast charging, I can get back up and running quickly if I do run low.
One of the standout features for me is the adjustable airflow. It’s smooth, easy to tweak, and makes a noticeable difference to the draw. Whether I want a tighter MTL hit or a looser RDTL vape, I can get it dialled in exactly how I like.
I’ve tried both the 0.7 Ohm and 0.4 Ohm Argus V2 pods, and both deliver excellent flavour and smooth vapor. The mesh coils definitely make a difference in taste and they heat up quickly too. I also appreciate the top-fill design — I can refill my pod without taking it out, which is super convenient when I’m out and about.
Maintenance is minimal, which I love. Once the flavour drops off or I get that burnt taste, I just swap the pod — no messy coil changes.
If I had to nitpick, I wish the pods were slightly larger than 2ml, but that’s more of a TPD regulation thing than a design flaw. Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints.
