Some kits that have as many fine-tuning options as the Novo 6 Ultra can end up feeling overly complicated, but that hasn’t happened here. The different modes are easy to use thanks to the touchscreen, and the kit tells you what wattage works best for your pod so you don’t have to figure it out yourself.

The Smok Novo 6 Ultra is the newest in the Smok Novo range, boasting an upgraded 1700mAh battery and plenty of easy ways to customise your kit. Let Normal Mode tackle the wattage automatically, or pick between Smooth Mode for a balanced vape, Boost Mode for more vapour, and Variable Wattage Mode for an extra level of control.
The kit comes with everything you need to get started, including two refillable Smok pods and a Smok Pod Friendly nic salt. Each 0.4 Ohm/0.8 Ohm Smok pod features a dual mesh coil, and you can use Single Mesh mode for an MTL inhale or switch to Dual Mesh mode for a looser RDTL vape.
Apple is my favourite flavour in vape juices and this pick from Riot is one of my go-tos at the moment. The double flavour concentrate in it gives an extra bold flavour which I enjoy, whilst the nic salt feels smooth to vape even though I’m using the 20mg version.

I like prefilled kits because they’re so easy to use, and the Pro 2 10K is one of the simplest I‘ve tried. The pod and refills are quick to assemble, and because there’s no settings to adjust you can get vaping right away. If I had to pick a favourite of the pods, I’d go for the Blue Raspberry Ice!

Mojito shortfill e-liquid by Swish manages to recreate the taste of the classic cocktail by combining zesty lime, cool mint, and distinct rum notes into one blend.
Unlike many shortfills on the market, Swish shortfills feature a 50% VG concentration, making them perfect for MTL kits where they’ll deliver a small amount of vapour that feels like a cigarette. They arrive as 100ml of 0mg e-liquid in a 120ml bottle, leaving you plenty of space to add in up to two 10ml nic shots. For example, if you want to make 120ml of 3mg e-liquid, add two 18mg nic shots.
