Salted Caramel Milkshake nic salt e-liquid by Holy Cow is an indulgent dessert flavour pairing a creamy milkshake base note with the rich taste of caramel with a subtle savoury hint.
Salted Caramel has a 50% VG concentration, which will produce a discreet amount of vapour. We suggest pairing this blend with an MTL (Mouth To Lung) device like most pod kits and vape pens.
Available in 10ml bottles with nicotine strengths of 10mg and 20mg, this salt nicotine e-liquid is absorbed by the body quickly to satisfy your cravings faster while delivering a smooth throat hit.
Holy Cow is a UK based e-liquid manufacturer that specialises in creating milkshake and dessert blends with distinctive and indulgent flavour profiles as both shortfills and nic salts.

I was intrigued by this flavour and liked it at first. But it was so strong and overwhelming after a little while. It wasn’t necessarily a milkshake kind of flavour but more like coffee instead. My partner absolutely loves it but it’s definitely not for my tastes.

Horrible flavour, perhaps rebrand as a tobacco flavour as it just reminded me of burning.

I'm a big fan of Holy Cow's Strawberry Milkshake, and Banana Milkshake liquids. They're my go-to, picking up a few bottles on every order. I was quite excited to give this flavour a go, but I was extremely disappointed. Without a doubt, the worse liquid I've ever tried.
My main complaint is the taste. Vaping using a Caliburn A2, I refilled an empty, but previously used, cartridge, and was disgusted. It tasted burnt, and bitter, and absolutely NOTHING like Salted Caramel.
Thinking it was perhaps a spent cartridge, I then proceeded to try this in a fresh one. Big mistake. It turns out it's just nasty. I ended up getting a pipette and sucking out the liquid from the cartridge and refilled with a different flavour. It took at least 4 refills before I couldn't quite taste it still.
For the first time, I ended up binning the rest of the bottle. If I don't like a flavour, I'll often keep it as a backup incase I run out and can't pick-up more, but I think I'd rather give up vaping all together than resort to this flavour.
It's a real shame, because as I said, I'm a big fan of the Holy Cow Strawberry / Banana flavours - in fact, they're my two favourite flavours! If you're looking for a milkshake flavour, avoid this, and go for those ones instead.

its a very bland flavour and it burnt my coil out a lot faster than other liquids but it was a mellow flavour and would be good for people not looking for a pastry tasting eliquid

It's not bad. It doesn't really taste like salted caramel milkshake to me, it's more like a caramel coffee flavour. I like caramel coffee, but I'm not 100% sold on it in a vape. It's smokable, though. Much prefer the strawberry milkshake liquid from this brand.

I vaped this on a uwell ak2. It didn't taste anything like I'd expect, I couldn't taste salted caramel at all. It's possible it was a bad bottle or doesn't work well with my device, but if not I'd say its a pretty poor flavour.

The flavour is dominated by salted caramel with milky undertones. It is quite sweet and the caramel after taste lingers for hours.

This is so moreish. It's hard not to vape it all. The lower viscosity makes it perfect for the new elf pod kits. I didn't try it on my sub but on my two elf pod kits it vapes lovely and smooth. Creamy, caramel. Comes through just right.
